Make delicious noodles in a flash! Bring 500ml of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes while loosening. Pour liquid soup into a bowl, add cooked noodles and water and mix well. Garnish with pork slices, spring onion, boiled egg halves, sprouts and other garnishes as you see fit.
The pork bones are cooked for hours over high heat so the collagen from the bones has time to transform into gelatin.
