Coconut noodles are made from young fresh coconut water and come moist but not in extra water. There is no bad smell and they are ready to eat right out of the package, although they are best folded into whatever dish you are making and heated so that they take on the flavor of your dish.
Rice noodles are a type of pancit noodle made from rice flour and water; some also include tapioca starch or cornstarch to increase its gelatinous and chewy texture. They're sold flat and are more fragile than most noodles. You often don't have to “cook” them (i.e. in boiling water over heat).
Bring the liquid to a boil over high heat then add in the dried instant noodles and turn heat to medium. Cook the noodles in the coconut milk and water for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften and break apart. Sprinkle in the curry powder and ramen seasoning packet and stir to combine.
