Ingredients needed (with substitutions). Peanut sauce – Natural peanut butter, water, soy sauce (or tamari), garlic, lime juice (or use rice vinegar), agave (or brown sugar), hot sauce. Pasta – I used spaghetti but I've also used rice noodles. Any pasta will work but I do prefer long, spaghetti-type noodles.
Peanut Sauce Recipe Instructions. Add all of the ingredients (garlic, ginger, peanut butter, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil) and any optional add-ins into a small bowl. Add the hot water, and stir to combine until you have a smooth sauce. Alternatively, you can make this in a food processor for a smoother texture.
Leftover peanut noodles will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Freezing is not recommended. To reheat, return the noodles to a shallow pan on the stovetop or microwave until warmed through.
