All you need is some Ziploc bags and food coloring. Here's how it works: cook up a pot of noodles just like normal. After draining them, divide them up into portions and put each one in a plastic bag with a different color of dye. I used six bags to make a whole rainbow of noodles, from red to purple.
Add about 20 drops of each food coloring and 2 tablespoons water to gallon-size resealable bags. When the pasta is done, drain it in a strainer and immediately run cold water over it to halt the cooking. Transfer the pasta, portioning it as you go, into the bags of food coloring.
All you need are these 3 simple ingredients: clear or white noodles. purple cabbage. lime or lemon juice.
Place a gallon plastic bag in a bowl and fold the bag over the edge, repeat for however many colors of noodles you are making. Divide the noodles evenly into the bags. Add 1 tbsp of water and a few drops of food coloring to each bag, close the bag and shake/ massage the color in. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
