The excellent spicy flavor, cooked with beef, mushrooms, and carrots, was inspired by the world's finest peppers, and has become a typical flavor of Korea that soon became globally known.
Salty and spicy with a mild ocean aroma and bits of rehydrated shiitake mushroom and scallion floating in a thin but flavorful broth. The noodles are better than your average packet of ramen (I'd put them on par with our top-rated Sapporo Ichiban), but by no means mind-blowing.

Hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy, corn), salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, soy sauce, spices, sugar, fructose, sweetener (420), flavour enhancers (627, 621, 631), soybean, wheat flour, vegetable oils (contains soy), thickener (414), corn flour, glucose, vegetables, emulsifier (322, soy).
