Instant noodles, or instant ramen, is a type of food consisting of noodles sold in a precooked and dried block with flavoring powder and/or seasoning oil.
Ramen noodles are low in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and protein. They are very filling, but ramen noodles offer almost no nutrition but many calories.
Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen). This is a form of ramen where the noodles comes dry in a plate. The stock is concentrated into a thick soup and is served separately.
Cooking Instruction
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add dry noodles into the pot, breaking up as soften.
- Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Add 2 Tablespoons of ramen soup base, stir it well.
