Instant Pot Ramen with Crispy Pork

FAQ

Add ramen noodle cakes into the IP and place cover on the pot. The noodles should cook in the steam in just a few minutes. As soon as the noodles are soft, remove them from the pot and use your yellow container or a 1/2 measuring cup to portion out into four bowls. Next add the greens and the carrots to the pot.

Prep Time. Step your noodle dishes up a notch by introducing leafy green spinach to the party. Spinach makes for an excellent addition to any ramen or noodle dish as it wilts quick and easy, brings a splash of color, and doesn't cut corners when it comes to nutrients.
Step 3: Fry the Noodles. Pour 1 tbs seasame oil into a pan, and heat on medium high. Add drained noodles to pan and begin stirring gently. Continue for 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles begin to become slightly more firm. Stir in 1 to 2 tbsp soy sauce.
The key is to keep the hot water - and the steam it creates - as close to the noodle brick as possible. If you're cooking in the microwave, you'll already have put a lid of some sort on your cooking vessel to keep the steam in. Set the microwave cooking time for 3-5 minutes.
