Data sources
We build listings using publicly available data - public map services and open restaurant directories covering United States among them. If two sources conflict, whichever was verified most recently wins out.
Verification
Before a listing appears on the site, it's automatically checked on several fronts: is the address and postcode valid, do the coordinates make sense for the city, is the phone number formatted correctly, and is it a duplicate? Listings that don't pass wait for manual review.
Updates
We rebuild the directory on a regular cadence, aiming to re-check core details like opening hours, phone numbers and status for every listing over time. What you see on a restaurant's page is the latest verified data we have.
Use of AI assistance
Some descriptive texts on this site are prepared with the help of AI tools, based on the factual data described above. Factual fields - addresses, opening hours, phone numbers, menus - always come from the data sources, not from AI generation.
Corrections
Spotted an error in a listing? Send the details through our contact page. We verify corrections before publishing them at the next update - and if you own the restaurant, you can request changes any time.
Advertising and partner links
Factual information in listings cannot be bought or altered for payment. Where a page contains partner links (for example, to delivery services), they do not influence how restaurants are ranked or displayed.
